ÜRELİ RASYONLA BESLENEN AKKARAMAN x MERİNOS VE KARAGÜL KUZULARINDA GÖVDENİN ORGANİK MADDE YAPISI ÜZERİNDE ARAŞTIRMA

- A Fattening experiment has been made on 10 heads of Karakul and 10 heads of Akkaraman x Merino crossbred lambs at our Institute. Four Karakul and four crossbred lambs were taken urea rations. Left of the four Karakul and crossbred lambs were taken rations without urea. Two of the Karakul and two of the crossbred lambs were used for the control animals.

One Karakul and one crossbred lambs was slaugtered at the begining of the experiment and one of Karakul and one crossbred lamb was slaugtered at the and of the experiment which were control animals.

Left of the experiment animals were slaugtered at the 60 th, 70 th, 80 th and 90 th days. After slaugtering from each animals under loin of carcass meat samples were taken. These samples were made mince meat and chemical analyses have been carried out.

A groups of lambs which have taken rations with urea that had a lower ash percentage than which had rations with out urea. Whereas urea groups had had a highir organic matter than the others. Keywords :
