Artificial insemination of sheep by diluted and stored ram semen was studied in this experiment. Egg yolk-sodium citrate-glucose and distiled water used as a semen diluter. Each cc. of the diluter contained 1000 unit penicilline and streptomycine. Semen was diluted in 1:3 ratio with this diluter and stored up to 1.5-2 hours at 4-5 centigrade. 0.1 cc semen was deposited in to the cervix for insemination purpose.
