- The object of this study is to controll the insemination results of the diluted and stored ram and goat semen. For this reason; semen was collected by artificial vagina from rams and goats then diluted with egg yolk-citrate buffer without antibiotic 1 : 3 ratio. Diluted semen was kept at 4-5 oC between 2.5-3 hours. During the insemination 0.1-0.2 cc semen was deposited into the cervix. The lambing percent was changed between % 47.7-74 among the ewes with average % 57.7. The conception rate of goats was changed between % 50-70 with average % 61.2. Keywords :
