Staining of bull spermatozoa with different kind of stains and comparison of staining methods from the stand point of spermatozoa morphologic and results obtained

Six bulls used as a material. Semen was collected by artificial vagina from the bulls. 99 semen sample was evaluated and 1948 cow was inseminated.

Differential staining was made for studying dead and alive sperm cells. When we counted abnormal spermatozoa from the same slide results was always lowe according to controll slide. For this reason to count abnormal spermatozoa from the same slide is not recommended.

The conception rate of the bull which his semen contains low level abnormal spermatozoa ais higher than the other one. Keywords :
