Studies Abant dilution and storage of ram semen

- A new experiment was done about dilution and storage of ram semen in 1964. results of the experiment are as follow;

Ewes were inseminated with undiluted ram semen has 81.8 % conception rate. Semen was diluted with IVT extender and stored up to 3 hours. Ewes were inseminated with diluted semen has 66.6 % conception rate.

Last year we used egg yolk Sod. Sit-glucose as a semen diluter. This diluter gives better result than IVT diluter. Keywords :
