The utilization of mycelium of aspergillus niger from Citric Acid production in beef cattle rations
For the three groups respectively, the ffed consumption per animal was 6.56; 6.81 and 6.90 kg/day. The body weight gain during fattening 63.3, 56.4 and 67.4 kg., the daily weight gain 754, 671 and 802 grams, consumption of feed as dry matter basis per kilogram of gain 8.70; 10.16 and 8.60 kg. The hot and chilled dressing percentages for the treatments were as follows 62.30 - 60.92; 61.82 – 60.17; 62.61 and 61.01 respectively.
