Intrauterine Insemination by Laparoscopic Technique Using Frozen Thawed Ram Semen Extended With Different Diluents
In the inseminated sheep with frozen Tris, Hepes extenders and native semen, pregnancy and parturition rates were determined 50, 50, 55 and 45, 50, 55 % respectively.
As a result; no significant differences were determined statistically between pregnancy and parturition rates in sheep which were inseminated with Tris, Hepes extenders and native semen.
