¹ Ankara Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Zootekni Anabilim Dalı, Dışkapı – ANKARA - Recently, on the alternative breeding systems have been studied to increase production in beef and dairy cattle breeding. For this reason, investigators had thought to use developing sexed sperm technology in animal breeding. No differantiation had been detected between pregnancy rate, pregnancy lenght of cows and birth weight, growth, weaning weight, death rate in neonatal and weaning period of calves in field study to making with normal and sexed sperm in cattle. Applications of sexed sperm will provide increasing meat production in beef cattle breeding, also improvement process will provide to increase in dairy cattle breeding.
