As a result of analysis, it was determined that there was no difference (P> 0.05) in terms of planting time for crude nutrient contents of mustard plant added as summer and winter. When the data obtained from the study are evaluated, it has been determined that the mustard cake may be used as an alternative protein and energy source in ruminant feeding, yet studies were needed to determine the in situ ruminal degradability and the amount of protein passing through the intestines.
